Marc and his crew did a wonderful job leveling our concrete pool deck and caulking the joint seams. Their poly-jacking process worked quite well by injecting foam under the concrete slabs. Marc and his team restored the concrete slabs at our inground pool deck to like new condition! These guys are great! Marc explained the slab lifting process using the foam injection and the team of Kev & Tyler worked for hours in blazing hot sun to lift the slabs very carefully while maintaining the correct pitch of the slabs. Once the seams and cracks were caulked the deck looks amazing!!! No more sinking slabs and toe hazards!! All at a small fraction of the cost & time to replace the slabs I VERY HIGHLY recommend Spray Tech & this process to lift concrete slabs.

Marc came out to look at doing spray foam insulation on our garage and was very thorough in discussing the details of our project , after our meeting we booked the job immediately. On the day of the install the Crew foreman Angel showed up not just on time, but early ! Angel and his crew were absolutely awesome and professional in every way ! Attention to detail and prep work was absolutely masterful and the job was perfection . Couldn’t have imagined it would turn out so fantastic!

Marc and his team did 3 different jobs for us during the spring of 2022. 1) Basement Closed Cell Spray Foam insulation of concrete walls and Rim joists which was followed by Rockwool to the ceiling for sound barrier effect. 2) Attic cellulose insulation and creation of custom hatch cover. 3) Garage ceiling: dense packed cellulose insulation via drilled holes. Marc takes pride in his work and will not be interested in getting in as the lowest bid. In fact if he senses we are aiming for the lowest bid, he may walk away. Very knowledgeable in this field. He was also aware of available energy incentives and did all the necessary documentation to get our application together which made the cost more affordable. Everything was clearly explained to me and the job was done in a timely manner. Insulation jobs are generally messy but Marc's team took all the necessary precautions to make it as clean as possible. Great attention to detail. Polite staff. Overall very satisfied with what they were able to accomplish. I would also like to give a shout out to ANGEL ALGARIN and his team from Insulation Express CT (IECT). Angel and his team worked closely with Marc's team on some of these jobs. All what was said above applies to Angel and his team as well!

Marc Goodman of Spraytech Insulation is not a normal contractor. “Normal contractors” are focused on their bottom line first and foremost and the quality of their product and customer satisfaction are secondary. Marc is focused on providing a quality product and exceptional customer service as priorities and it shows. I am not a normal consumer. I am demanding and have done a lot of research in order to make my latest project a net zero home and also be a comfortable home to live in. I do a lot of research and I know what a good job looks like and I demand that from my contractors. Marc has met my expectations. My house was built around 1860 and has a stone foundation. I excavated around the foundation and rented an industrial air compressor to blast the dirt off the stones in preparation of a clean surface for spray foam to adhere. There were huge gaps in the stones, which explained why my basement was so damp. The spray foam filled in the voids to create a uniform blanket of insulation. My basement is no longer cold and damp. Marc also insulated the complete thermal envelope of the house and under two porch areas that are exposed to the elements. All have stood the test of time. Marc has trained his staff to apply spray foam correctly. This is a product that if applied incorrectly can literally destroy your home or not perform as expected. I was not willing to take chances and sacrifice quality over price. Marc’s price was competitive but not the lowest. He provided the best value for my home. I would definitely recommend Spraytech to others and will use him again.

Throughout the 4 days it took them to do the house the were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about any questions I had. Additionally, they did an amazing job accommodating me, my girlfriend, and all of our pets living with us, and ensured that our comfort and safety was top priority throughout the insulation process. Lastly, and most importantly, we noticed an immediate improvement in our house's insulation. On days where the temperature neared 90 degrees, our house didn't get above 75 degrees with NO AC or Fans running, the insulation they used was amazing and is already making a huge difference in our level of comfort and energy consumption. Marc, Kev, and Angel were fantastic. I did much research and knew that there could be complications if the spray-foam weren't installed properly. Marc assured me his team knew what they were doing, and everything would be fine. They sprayed the whole envelope of the house, and I don't think they could've done a better job. We live on the top of a hill with an incredible view, but unfortunately, it also brings some incredible winds. The house is rock solid even when the wind is howling outside. The home is nice and warm. When we get to finishing the basement, we will bring Marc, Kev, and Angel back to spray the downstairs also if you're looking for a professional crew to do your spray-foam insulation. There is no need to look any farther than Spray-Tech.

I contacted Spray-Tech to remove old mouse-infested fiberglass insulation and spray foam the rafters to seal the house and provide excellent R-value. Marc replied quickly and was quick to visit to discuss the job. He suggested to do the basement rim joists as well to provide an optimum air seal, and also help keep out critters. What impressed me was Marc's knowledge and low-key approach to get all my questions answered. No high-pressure sales were evident, just confidence in his product. The Spray-Tech staff showed up on time and ready to work. Great bunch of hard workers, who did everything necessary to get the job done in the promised schedule. Marc solved a difficult moisture problem in our attic. He went out of his way to find us reputable contractors for other work that needed to be done in advance of him coming in. It's 7 degrees outside as I write this review and I can say without reservation the foam insulation has made a significant difference in the comfort of our home.

Marc was the only one who even returned my inquiry regarding spray foam insulation around the rim joists (really the entire perimeter) in our basement. Came out, spent time informing me of the product and scope of work, and was very knowledgeable about the product and the process. Left me feeling comfortable he knew what he was talking about. We have an older home, and it's not quite easy to get into the spaces they sprayed, but they did, and left the home spotless. If I didn't actually see some of the insulation, I wouldn't have even known they were there. The best part is that the basement is very comfortable now, where at times previously, it would almost match the outside air temp in the cooler months. I've felt along the top where they sprayed and absolutely no drafts. They did a great job and the price was reasonable, can't ask for more.

I reached out to Spray-Tech after using them at our old house. Come to find out, Marc is the new owner of the company, and in recent years has surpassed my expectations from an already great company. Not many owners of a company will go out to do estimating, seeing a project from the beginning to end and have a personable nature. Marc made his first of many visits to my residence throughout the project and initially asked what I was looking for and how his company could achieve this. He found the house was missing soffit vents, not picked up by the house inspector, and recommended a plan of attack to remove the old (mouse infested) insulation and spray foam the attic spaces. I did the insulation removal, an energy audit and then Marc was at the house the next day to begin work with his team. Two words come to mind from the project, Clean and Efficient. In 3 days, his team worked around the ductwork in the attic and sprayed the rafters in this area so future work to the HVAC system could be done, installed soffit vents and baffling and sprayed the floor in the second attic space. They also protected all the floors and used drop clothes to protect furniture and clothing where needed. On the third day, I met Marc at the end of the project, so we could visit the two insulated spaces to see the work that was completed. He was with his team, organizing and going over final details before they packed everything to leave. One thing stood out, he cared about MY house. He made sure the floors were vacuumed, the yard was leaf blown, all material was bagged and removed and down to the little things like custom color matching soffit vents and making sure everything was the same before his team went in. The attention to detail he had was very surprising. The spray foam insulation was picture perfect. An even coating with inch markers to show depth across the attic space and coverage according to what we had originally discussed. He even presented a test sample of what they had sprayed to show it was void free and properly bonded to each layer. After the project was complete, Marc had reached out to see how everything was doing and to thank me for using his company. He even went out of the way to send in a rebate form for the insulation work on his behalf. I now have a well-insulated home that was previously very leaky and mouse infested all thanks to Marc and his team at Spray-Tech.

They left the site cleaner than when they got there and I have no doubt this will have a major impact on the energy efficiency of my home. I would highly recommend Spray-Tech based on my first experience and now based on the actual results of a job they completed. ___Feb-2018___ My experience with Spray-Tech so far has been outstanding. Marc was very personable on the phone and easy to set up an appt. He came to my home to assess what was needed for my project and spent 2 hours reviewing things with me, describing the approach his team would take, and explaining the impact that everything would have after the project was complete. His prices were reasonable and proposal was delivered the day after the walkthrough. I didn’t end up going forward with any contractor and decided to take on the job myself, but Marc took the time to follow up after I spoke with him and provide guidance on things that he would address first. I will definitely be saving his number for future projects.

I met Mark in passing of a project he was working on only several blocks from a project I was working on. I was interested in spray foam but didnt have much experience with it. Some gave me a lowball estimate in order to get me to sign immediately (knowing full well that the full job would cost MUCH more), others were downright…creepy. When I called Marc, he spent about 30 minutes discussing my project over the phone (and this was BEFORE even setting up a consultation). No one does that!!! When we met, he took the time to go over all of my options (even bringing samples the demonstrate), and gave me a reasonable quote (no high pressure sales tactics). I started out knowing very little about home insulation.marc was very informative and not pushey about the options that my project consisted of.my house had no insulation in walls and next to none in attic.felt comfortable with giving spraytec the job but don't know until crew actually starts. I bought an old 1934 Bungalow house on the Farmington River that needed considerable work and had no insulation in the attic, walls and basement. I'm in the natural gas field and I have over 30 years of understanding efficiency and know that 95% equipment is only achieved at certain conditions and an un-insulated house can have losses up to 40% with air infiltration and duct work for both heating and cooling. I did considerable research and came up with closed cell foam insulation in the attic and blown in cellulose in the walls as the best practices. I then went out and started getting prices from companies that do both. The costs were coming much higher than I anticipated then I got a great quote from Spray Tech Foam Insulation out of Southington, Ct. I did the attic, exterior walls and at their recommendation and the rim joists and under the addiition which was formerly a porch converted to living space. . They showed up on time, did a good job protecting everything and sprayed away. When they were done there wasn't a drop of foam anywhere it shouldn't be. The new addition will be better insulated than my house. May have them do the attic next year. Thanks for great job.
